I saw the postman today walking up to my door with a long giant box in his arms. I couldn't believe someone else was getting something and I still wasn't getting my camera. But when I took the package from him I realized it WAS my camera! They just shipped it in a box about 4 times too big.
Hooray.

But then I had to wait 4 hours for the battery to charge - except it was really more like a little more than 3. It was well after dark by then though, and everyone was getting ready for bed so I really didn't get a chance to try it out as much as I wanted to. Just wait till tomorrow though. I'm going out on the town and trying all kinds of things.
I still love my new used dryer, and use it all the time.
This was shot in pretty low light, with the regular fill flash. Luna was eating.
I can't get this to turn for some reason. It's one of the shelves behind the front door. Some things stay there all the time, others are just there for a while. I'm posting it because it was really dark over in the corner where it sits and it still came out pretty light and Not Blurry. Love it.
So the new camera is here and life has returned to kinda normal, if it ever was normal to start with. Expect more pictures tomorrow.
